Welcome to Influanc.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and tools. By registering on Influanc.com or using our platform as a brand, influencer, or agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

 

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to Influanc.com and its services.

  • "User" refers to anyone using the platform (influencers, brands, agencies, etc.).

  • "Campaign" refers to a paid promotional activity hosted by a brand and executed by influencers.

  • "Razorpay" refers to our third-party payment gateway used for processing transactions.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. If you are registering on behalf of a business or legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity.

 

3. User Accounts

  • All users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.

 

4. Platform Usage

As a Brand, you may:

  • Post campaigns with clear deliverables and payment terms

  • Review and approve influencer content before posting

  • Make payments through Razorpay in advance for campaigns

As an Influencer, you may:

  • Apply to campaigns that match your profile

  • Submit original and engaging content as per brand guidelines

  • Receive payments after brand approval and campaign completion

 

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Brands must pay the full campaign amount in advance to confirm booking.

  • Influencers will receive payment within 7–14 working days after campaign completion, approval, and quality checks.

  • Platform commission and applicable taxes will be deducted before payout.

 

6. Campaign Policy

  • Influencers must disclose paid partnerships clearly on posts (as per ASCI & government regulations).

  • All content must be original, non-plagiarized, and free from offensive, misleading, or illegal elements.

  • Brands and influencers are responsible for adhering to delivery timelines and campaign terms.

  • Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of campaign closure.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or fake followers/engagement

  • Post defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content

  • Misrepresent identity, experience, or performance metrics

  • Violate intellectual property rights of any third party

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

 

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Influanc.com and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their original content but grant Influanc.com limited rights to promote campaign content.

 

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Brands can request a campaign cancellation and refund only before influencer approval.

  • Once a campaign is live or content is submitted, no refund will be issued.

  • Influanc.com reserves the right to deduct platform/processing charges on refunds.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Influanc.com is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect losses due to campaign outcomes

  • User-generated content posted on external platforms

  • Delays or errors caused by third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, social media platforms)
    Our liability is strictly limited to the fees collected by us for disputed campaigns.

 

11. Privacy

All personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We use Razorpay to process payments securely and comply with Indian data protection laws.

 

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent activities.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or platform alerts. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Delhi].
